Week 8: # 19 Web-based Apps: They"re not just for desktops

Zoho is wounderful. It has extra toolbars for example, if a person needs help they don't need to go back and forth to find tools. Zoho has a cool spell check. It is great helpful for students who writes an essay, just go to spell check and it corrects everything. In spite of going to tools and then spell check and it is a quick way. It is easy to post blogs by Zoho. Zoho also has a beautiful photography, and tags. I feel zoho is getter than googles, yahoo, and many others.

week 8 :# 18 Social Networking: Making friends in the comfort of your own home

social networking is very helpful for everyone. Somepeople want to find a new job, it is very hard to find a job in these days. A person can E-mail rusemas to friends and families to different states. It will be lot of help if one a person is more social, can talk to his or her friends or contact companies by network. I hope social networking will be great benificial.

Week 7: #17 Blog About Technology

Technology has grown so much, right now everything is based on technology. Even elementry students have more knowledge about computer than the middle aged. Anyone can buy or sell thing sitting at home. Since technology is more advanced, even some medical treatment are done through technology for example lazer surgery, I don't know if it is safe or not. I don't want to say, but I have in mind since more tachnology is growing, it is also causing many health problems. Some people don't want to get up and move their body. Keep on sitting everytime and having so many health problems no exercise. I have also post the commet on week 7 # 16

Week 7: #16 So what's in a wiki?

wiki is intresting . It is easy to find things on wiki. I clicked at the books, on books I found health books what I am most intrested in. It has all the information about different dieases, medicare, and many more. Ialso feel better working with wiki because the things I don't know it shows on the screen. In this way one can gain more knowlwdge and have more intrest using it for future. It will be easy for Libraries to find the information and it will be intresting for public and the workers to work and play. I really enjoyed the wikis.

Week 6:# 15 On Library 2.0 & Web 2.0

I have read cooperate, services, and time. Services was more better for me. It states how data builds new service with web 2.0 technology, web services makes everything easy, for example, if one has to go new place it can take directions from the computer and find the way. Also if one does not find books, store,or anything can go on internet . Technology has increased so much, it makes the life easy for everbody. Library 2.0- it's many things to many people. It means that some people want to create better services, some wants to build powerful ways to cooperate, some think library is a temporary place. But it si good for the students to study and use computers to do their homework. Because everything is based on computers. Some high schools students can't efford computer they can go to the library. Everybody has their thinking.

Week 6#14 Getting not-so-technical with Technorati

I did advanced search in Blog posts, in tags, and in the Blog Directory. The results are different . Like Blog posts 559, tags 666, and the Blog Directory 703. On popular blogs, searches and videos were intresting. But honestly I am not familer with the topics and videos. I click on the searches I found a book title Why James Walson could use a bil of training in ethical theory. It was about Africans are less inteligent then Westerns. When I saw the videos, I clicked on the video A vision of students Today. It's a video on most important characteristics of students today. How they learn, what they need to learn their goals, hopes,dreams. It was intresting and gainful.

Week 6: # 13 Tagging makes the web 2.0 world go round

I have looked delicious and tags. I saw serval comments on tags. yes I can see the potential of this tool anywhere I am logged on delicious.

Week 5: #12 The "Library" Elf will remind you!

I really like this part of week 5 . It is a good idea to remind public when their books are due, because paople checkout the books and sometimes they don't remember to return the books back. When they come back to the Library, the circulation desk ensert their library in the computer and tell them you have this much amount of fine. People strat getting upset. And sometimes they say they didn't get books. Reminding everday helps more better because life is so busy and it's hard to remember what came in yesterday.
